摘　　要：通过对酒钢焦化厂5#、6#焦炉集气管压力控制系统进行优化完善,引入双作用气动执行器"三断"(断气源、断电源、断信号)保护动作和运行态势感知预警策略研究应用,并对焦炉传统集气管压力取压方式及控制原理进行优化改造升级,提高焦炉集气管压力控制系统的运行可靠性,有效保证焦炉的正常生产。In this paper,the gas collector pressure control system of No.5 and No.6 coke ovens in Jiugang coking plant is optimized and perfected,the research and application of"three-break"(gas-break source,power-break source,signal-break)protection action and operation situation sensing early warning strategy of double-action pneumatic actuator are introduced,in order to improve the operation reliability of the pressure control system of the gas collector of coke oven and effectively guarantee the normal production of coke oven,the traditional pressure-taking mode and control principle of the gas collector of coke oven are optimized and upgraded.
