摘　　要：基于地方产业平台优势,从研究生双选、专业实践等方面提出“双元制”培养模式,使校内理论学习与企业实践锻炼相结合,实现研究生、高校与企业互利共赢的发展目标。基于“双师制”的培养模式增强了专业学位研究生的实践、创新、独立思考能力,提升了其在未来学习、择业过程中的综合竞争力。Based on the advantages of the local industry platform,the“dual system”training mode is proposed for from the aspects of double selection of postgraduates and professional practice to combine theoretical learning in school and practice in the enterprise.“Dual teacher system”training mode cultivates professional talents with practice,innovation and independent thinking ability,and improves the comprehensive competitive power for student’s future study and employment selection.
