摘  要:非晶合金变压器具有显著的节能优势,针对目前非晶合金变压器短路特性仿真研究未能全面考虑其动态特征变化的不足,利用电磁耦合的有限元数值计算方法,以一台SBH-M-400/10型非晶合金铁心变压器为研究对象,进行了基于场-路耦合原理的研究,仿真了发生三相短路时非晶合金矩形绕组的暂态物理特征,研究了非晶合金变压器绕组短路后的电磁特性与电动力特性变化。首次探究该型变压器绕组短路后的动态振动过程,并总结其变化规律,计算结果表明,非晶合金变压器短路时磁场与电磁力的变化特点与短路电流波形基本一致,且绕组不同位置受到的电磁力幅值越大,其振动加速度越高,振动越剧烈,同时振动主频出现在两倍电源频率100 Hz左右,得知非晶合金变压器短路的动态过程对绕组力学特性有明显影响,易发生谐振使得绕组失稳,在工程上进行抗短路校核时不可忽视。The amorphous alloy transformer has obvious advantage in energy saving. Since the current simulation research on the amorphous alloy transformer short-circuit characteristics has failed to fully consider the dynamic characteristic change,the research based on the principle of field-circuit coupling is carried out with the method of electromagnetic coupling based finite element numerical calculation. The amorphous alloy iron core transformer SBH-M-400/10 is taken as the research object.The transient physical characteristics of amorphous alloy rectangular winding when three-phase short-circuit occurs are simulated.The electromagnetic and electrodynamics properties when the amorphous alloy transformer winding is short-circuited are studied.The dynamic vibration process when this type of transformer winding is short-circuited is explored for the first time,and its change rules are summarized. The calculation results show that the variation characteristics of magnetic field and electromagnetic force when the amorphous alloy transformer is short-circuited are basically consistent with the waveform of short-circuited current,and the larger the amplitude of electromagnetic force at different winding positions,the higher the vibration acceleration and the more severe the vibration. In addition,the main frequency of vibration is maintained at about 100 Hz,which is twice the power frequency,so it can be seen that the dynamic process of short-circuit of amorphous alloy transformer has obvious influence on the mechanical characteristics of winding,that is,it is prone to resonance,which makes the winding unstable,which can not be ignored in the anti-short circuit check of the project.
