摘　　要：布拉氏酵母菌是一种非致病性益生菌酵母,具有免疫、抗炎和抗毒素作用,同时还具有营养活性。布拉氏酵母菌及其相关代谢产物对消化系统疾病以及心血管系统疾病等均具有潜在治疗作用,包括肠易激综合征、炎性肠病、消化系统恶性肿瘤、高胆固醇血症等,但相关机制仍在进一步研究中。由于具有较高的临床治疗价值,布拉氏酵母菌越来越受到广泛关注。相信随着医学研究的不断深入,布拉氏酵母菌将为更多疾病的防治提供新思路,从而实现相关疾病的个体化、精准治疗。Saccharomyces boulardii is a kind of nonpathogenic probiotic yeast,which has immune function,anti-inflammatory and antitoxin effect,as well as nutritional activity.Saccharomyces boulardii and its related metabolites have potential therapeutic effects on digestive system diseases and cardiovascular system diseases,including irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease,malignant tumor of digestive system,hypercholesterolemia,etc.,but the related mechanisms are still under further study.Because of its high clinical value,Saccharomyces boulardii has attracted more and more attention.With the deepening of medical research,Saccharomyces boulardii will provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of more diseases,which is conducive to the individualized and precise treatment of related diseases.
