摘　　要：腭裂只有通过手术重建腭咽闭合功能才能改善患者口咽部位的功能和语音能力。但目前经手术治疗后仍有部分腭裂患者存在腭咽闭合不全等问题。随着腭裂术式的不断改进,大量患者获得了拥有正常发音和生活的机会,临床对各类术式优势的认识也逐渐加深。目前关于腭裂治疗的研究主要集中于腭裂治疗后影响患者腭咽闭合的因素,相信随着腭裂治疗技术的进一步发展,治疗方案也将逐步个性化,医师可以有针对性地为患者选择最恰当的治疗方案。Cleft palate only by reconstructing the patient′s velopharyngeal closure function can the patient′s oropharyngeal function and speech ability be improved.However,there are still some patients with velopharyngeal insufficiency after cleft palate surgery.With the continuous improvement of palatoplasty,more and more patients can have the possibilities of normal pronunciation and life.And our understanding of the advantages of different surgical approaches has gradually deepened.At present,the research on cleft palate treatment mainly focuses on the factors affecting the velopharyngeal closure.It′s believed that with the further development of cleft palate treatment technology,the treatment plan will be gradually individualized,and the surgeons can choose the most appropriate treatment plan for the patients.
