摘  要:在人工智能和数字经济为引领的社会发展形势下,地方高校工程类学科发展壮大的必由之路是发挥其办学特色和优势,满足工程教育专业认证要求,推行“新工科”人才培养理念,构建和实践适应需求的新型育人模式,建立健全形式多样的实践平台,深化校企合作培养模式,同时积极引导学生参与不同等级的竞赛,不断拓展他们的学业知识和技能来对接市场需求,逐步提高本科生的培养质量和社会适应能力,为国家的经济建设和社会发展提供适用人才。In the social development situation led by artificial intelligence and digital economy,the only way for the development of engineering disciplines in local colleges and universities is to give full play to their school-running characteristics and advantages,meet the requirements of engineering education professional certification,implement the concept of“new engineering”talent training,construct and practice a new education mode to meet the needs,establish and improve various platforms,and deepen the cooperative training mode between schools and enterprises.Meanwhile,it is necessary to actively guide students to participate in competitions at different levels,constantly expand their academic knowledge and skills to meet market demand,and gradually improve the quality of undergraduate training and their social adaptability,so as to provide talents for the country’s economic construction and social development.
