摘  要:通过内环流控温结合稻草帘储藏稻谷的储粮技术,稻谷的下层温度低、水分减量小、脂肪酸值增量小、新鲜度高,中层适中,上层温度变化大、水分减量大、脂肪酸值增量大、新鲜度低,且使用稻草帘透气性好,成本低廉,易于消毒、杀虫,保证清洁性,能够更好的提高稻谷销售品质,进而提高经济效益。本文采用内环流控温结合稻草帘储藏稻谷的储粮技术,研究在一定储藏时间下,粮堆不同位置(上层、中层、下层)稻谷水分含量、脂肪酸值和新鲜度的变化,为稻谷储藏提供理论基础。Through the internal circulation temperature control combined with straw curtain storage rice storage technology, the lower temperature of rice is low, small water reduction, small fatty acid value increment, high freshness, the middle layer of rice is moderate, large upper temperature change, large water reduction, large increase of fatty acid value and low freshness. And the use of straw curtain with good air permeability, low cost, easy to disinfect, insecticide, to ensure cleanliness, can better improve the quality of rice sales, and then improve the economic benefits. In this paper, the grain storage technology of inner circulation temperature control combined with straw curtain storage is used to study thechanges of water content, fatty acid value and freshness of rice at different positions of grain pile(upper, middle and lower) under a certain storage time, so as to provide a theoretical basis for rice storage.
