摘  要:目的探讨五位一体师承教育模式对学生自主能力的影响,以期为中医药人才培养模式提供参考。方法采用调查问卷对351名接受师承教育的学生开展调研研究,问题涉及3个方面,包括中医本科班引入师承的必要性,师承后是否提高学生学习中医的兴趣、批判性思维、自主学习能力等。结果90.6%的学生认为本科阶段引入师承模式是必要的,91.2%的同学认为本科引入师承教育能提高学习中医的学习兴趣,90.6%的学生认为师承教育能提升自主学习能力,91.5%的同学认为师承模式可以提升批判思维能力,而91.5%的学生认为师承教育有利于个性培养和因材施教。结论大部分学生是肯定师承教育的优势,认为通过五位一体的师承教育模式的教导可提升其自主能力。Objective To discuss the influence of the five-in-one master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine model on students’autonomy,in order to provide a reference for the training model of Chinese medicine talents.Methods A questionnaire was used to conduct research on 351 students receiving master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine.The questions involved three aspects,including the necessity of introducing master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine into the undergraduate class of Chinese medicine,and whether it would improve students’interest in learning Chinese medicine,critical thinking,and independent learning ability after the master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine.Results 90.6%of students believed that it was necessary to introduce a master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine model at the undergraduate level,91.2%of the students believed that the introduction of master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine in the undergraduate course could increase their interest in learning Chinese medicine,and 90.6%of students believed that master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine could enhance their independent learning ability.91.5%of the students believed that the master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine model could improve their critical thinking skills,while 91.5%of the students believed that the master-appretice education of traditional Chinese medicine was conducive to the development of personality and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.Conclusion The majority of students affirm the advantages of master-appretice education and believe that their autonomy could be improved through the teaching of the five-in-one master-appretice education model.
