摘  要:目的观察元认知能力理论在提升心内科临床见习质量的教学效果。方法选取2020年9月-2021年7月48名见习学生,随机分配法分成两组,每组24名。对照组以传统方法授课,研究组则运用元认知能力理论进行授课。对比两组授课效果。结果研究组学生考试成绩、见习满意度、优秀良好率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论元认知能力理论作为一种较为新颖的教育理论,具有明显的优势,值得在医学各专业的教学工作中推广。Objective To observe the teaching effect of metacognitive ability theory in improving the quality of clinical apprenticeship in cardiology.Methods A total of 48 trainee students from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 24 students in each group.The control group was taught by traditional methods,and the research group was taught by metacognitive ability theory.The teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores,apprentice satisfaction,and good rate of students in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a relatively new educational theory,the metacognitive ability theory has obvious advantages and is worth popularizing in the teaching work of various medical specialties.
