摘　　要：目的:分析WWT/FA280自动粪便分析仪的临床应用。方法:选取粪便标本500份,使用手工法与WWT/FA280自动粪便分析仪予以检测,将手工法检测结果作为“金标准”,分析自动粪便分析仪对隐血试验阳性、红细胞、白细胞、真菌孢子及寄生虫检测的敏感度、特异度、符合率。结果:WWT/FA280自动粪便分析仪对隐血阳性检测的敏感度97.83%、特异度96.32%、符合率96.60%、Kappa值0.89,对红细胞检测敏感度88.89%、特异度99.17%、符合率98.80%、Kappa值0.84,对白细胞检测敏感度90.91%、特异度98.72%、符合率98.20%、Kappa值0.86,对真菌孢子检测敏感度73.53%、特异度99.14%、符合率97.40%、Kappa值0.78,对寄生虫检测敏感度99.66%、特异度97.14%、符合率98.60%、Kappa值0.97;WWT/FA280自动粪便分析仪与手工法对粪便隐血阳性、红细胞、白细胞、真菌孢子及寄生虫检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:WWT/FA280自动粪便分析仪对粪便隐血、红细胞、白细胞及寄生虫的检测结果与手工法基本一致,检测真菌孢子与手工法高度一致,具有自动化程度高及实验室操作简单的优点,应用价值高。Objective:To analyze the clinical application evaluation of WWT/FA280 automatic stool analyzer.Methods:Totally 500 stool specimens were selected,and tested by manual method and automatic stool analyzer.The test results of manual method were taken as the golden standard to analyze the sensitivity,specificity and coincidence rate of automatic stool analyzer for occult blood test positive,red blood cells,white blood cells,fungal spores and parasites.Results:The detection sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and Kappa value of WWT/FA280 automatic stool analyzer for occult blood test positive were 97.83%,96.32%,96.60%and 0.89.For detection of red blood cells,the sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and Kappa value were 88.89%,99.17%,98.80%and 0.84.For detection of white blood cells,the sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and Kappa value were 90.91%,98.72%,98.20%and 0.86.For detection of fungal spores,the sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and Kappa value were 73.53%,99.14%,97.40%and 0.78.For detection of parasites,the sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate and Kappa value were 99.66%,97.14%,98.60%and 0.97.There were no significant differences in the detection rates of occult blood test positive,red blood cells,white blood cells,fungal spores and parasites between the WWT/FA280 automatic stool analyzer and the manual method(P>0.05).Conclusion:WWT/FA280 automatic stool analyzer can obtained almost the same results as the manual method for detecting stool occult blood test positive,red blood cells,white blood cells and parasites,and there is high consistency for detection fungal spores.It has the advantages of high automation and simple operation,and has high application value.
