摘 要:区分基于科学和基于技术两种不同的原始创新模式概念,从横向和纵向两个维度构建基于产业创新系统的高科技产业自主创新模式演化模型。以我国芯片产业为例,对其产业创新系统与自主创新模式演进历程进行回顾总结,研究发现:早期各创新主体灵活采取两种不同原始创新模式及集成创新模式,促进了产业基础发展;而在中后期,创新主体未能及时使用集成创新模式,致使本土芯片产业生态体系不够完善。由此提出我国芯片产业在未来创新发展中,一方面要加大重视原始自主创新模式的采用,各有侧重地采取基于科学和基于技术的两种不同原始自主创新模式;另一方面还要高度重视集成创新模式的灵活应用。This paper distinguishes the concepts of two different original innovation modes based on science and technology,and constructs the evolution model of the independent innovation mode of high-tech industry based on the innovation system from horizontal dimension and vertical dimension.Taking China’s chip industry as an example,the paper reviews and summarizes the evolution of its industrial innovation system and independent innovation model.It is found that each innovation entity could flexibly adopt two different original innovation models and integrate innovation models in the early stage,which promoting the development of the industrial foundation,while in the middle and late stages,the integrated innovation model of innovation subjects are not adopted in time,resulting in the imperfection of the local chip industry ecosystem.Therefore,the paper proposes that in the future innovation and development of China’s chip industry,on one hand,more attention should be paid to the adoption of the original independent innovation model,and different emphasis should be placed on the adoption of the two different original independent innovation models based on science and technology;on the other hand,it is also necessary to attach great importance to the flexible application of the integrated innovation model.
