摘　　要：以2013-2018年广东上市企业为样本,利用Logit模型对企业出口与全球价值链地位升级之间的关系进行了实证分析,结果表明,出口越多,越不利于企业实现全球价值链地位升级,但企业的创业导向和技术创新能力能够显著削弱出口的负面效应。广东企业应更加注重创业导向的培育和技术创新能力的提升,同时转变加工贸易出口模式,以实现全球价值链地位升级。Taking the listed enterprises in Guangdong from 2013 to 2018 as a sample,the relationship between enterprise exports and the upgrading of global value chain(GVC) status is analyzed by using the Logit model.The results show that when exports are more,it will be unfavorable to the enterprise to achieve the upgrading of GVC status,but the entrepreneurial orientation and technological innovation ability of enterprises can significantly weaken the negative effects of exports.Guangdong enterprises should pay more attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurship orientation and the improvement of technological innovation capabilities,and at the same time change the export model of processing trade to achieve the upgrading of GVC status.
