“城市人”视角下民族村寨保护与发展路径探析

摘　　要：“城市人”规划理论是“人”在自存共存的平衡原则下创造的最优空间,而民族村寨作为一种“自下而上”自发形成的一种人类聚居形式,具有典型“城市人”匹配典型人居的空间属性。因此,基于“城市人”规划理论,结合鄂西南地区土家族民族村寨典型案例,归纳民族村寨的空间特征,从传统的传承与现代性调整,塑造典型“城市人”匹配的典型人居、民族文化的还原与功能再造,促进典型“城市人”与文化活态关系的建立、关注多方利益主体,实现典型“城市人”自存-共存需求的最优平衡三个维度探讨“城市人”视角下民族村寨保护与发展路径,为民族村寨的保护与发展提供参考和借鉴。The"homo urbanus"theory is the leading field of planning and has important application values for the protection and development of ethnic villages.It emphasizes a"peopleoriented"value concept and pursues the matching of typical homo urbanus and typical habitation spaces.It conforms to the goals of the protection and development of ethnic villages.The homo urbanus planning theory is the optimal space that people create under the balance principle of independent survival and co-existence.The ethnic village,a diachronic human settlement form,is a habitation space formed by"bottom-up"spontaneous creation,and it carries the precious memories of the nationality,local cultural information,wisdom in settlement space creation,and cultural spirits.The ethnic village is an important space carrier of rural and national cultural heritages in ethnic minority areas.It has space attributes of typical settlements matching with typical homo urbanus.Therefore,this study acquired a bottom-up understanding of the supply-demand relations of material,cultural,and social aspects by analyzing the behavioral logic of homo urbanus in ethnic villages based on the homo urbanus theory,aiming to successfully match the typical homo urbanus with typical settlements.This study attempted to interpret connotations of protection and development of ethnic villages under the homo urbanus theory from the three space levels of material,culture,and society.Moreover,a hierarchical analysis of ethnic village spaces was done by choosing the village of Tujia Nationality in southwest Hubei Province as a typical case.In that analysis,the material,culture,and society space levels of an ethnic village in Shadaogou were interpreted.The most representative characteristic spectrum of that village was built to analyze practical challenges to the protection and development of local villages.The conclusions were that(1)material space declines and faces the dilemma of a space-morphology imbalance of ethnic villages and disappearing characteristics,(2)cultural space is
