摘　　要：目的 构建新生儿专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,为新生儿专科护士的任用培训和评价考核提供客观依据。方法 运用德尔菲专家咨询法,对18名专家进行2轮函询,完成指标筛选,修改、确定权重。将指标转化为自评量表,采取便利抽样法对255名新生儿专科护士进行问卷调查。结果 通过2轮专家函询,形成新生儿专科护士核心能力评价指标体系,包括一级指标5项,二级指标17项,三级指标50项。2轮专家函询的权威系数均值为0.97,有效应答率均为100%。第2轮的一、二、三级指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.542、0.350、0.375(P<0.01)。255名调查对象核心能力各维度得分为2.27~5.00分。问卷Cronbach’sα系数为0.83,内容效度为0.802。初步应用后,发现新生儿专科护士核心能力普遍不高,尤其在重症护理和外科护理及科研方面较为薄弱,提示应重视核心能力的全方位培养。结论 新生儿专科护士核心能力各级评价指标的专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,指标体系内容全面,专科特色突出,能够为新生儿专科护士核心能力的评价及考核提供参考。Objective To provide an objective basis for the appointment,training,evaluation and assessment of neonatal specialist nurses by constructing the evaluation index system of the core competence of neonatal specialist nurses.Methods The Delphi expert consultation method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence among 18 experts to complete the index selection and modification,and determine the weights.The indicators were converted into self-assessment scales and a convenient sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 255 neonatal specialist nurses.Results Through two rounds of expert consultations,a core competency evaluation index system for neonatal specialist nurses has been formed,including five primary indicators,17 secondary indicators,and 50 tertiary indicators.The average authoritative coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.97,and the effective response rate was 100%.The coordination coefficients of the first,second and third-level index expert opinions were 0.542,0.350 and 0.375,respectively(P<0.01).The score of each dimension of core competencies of 255 respondents was 2.27~5.00 points.The Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.83,and the content validity was 0.802.Conclusion The experts′consultation opinions on the evaluation indicators of core competence for the neonatal specialist nurses tend to be consistent.The experts are highly motivated and authoritative.The content of the indicator system is comprehensive,and the specialty features are outstanding,which can provide a reference for evaluating the core competence of neonatal specialist nurses.
