摘　　要：近年来我国康复学科飞速发展,对康复从业人员的需求与日俱增。为提升康复服务质量,培养不同层级康复服务人员,保障医疗安全,上海市康复医学会标准化工作委员会发布了团体标准《康复医学从业人员岗位培训指南》。标准从培训要求、培训部门、培训计划与方式、培训内容、考核与结业等方面做出规定。In recent years, rehabilitation has developed rapidly in China with increasing demand for rehabilitation practitioners. In order to improve the quality of rehabilitation services, cultivate the training rehabilitation service personnel at different levels and ensure medical safety, the Standardization Work Committee of Shanghai Rehabilitation Medicine Association issued the association standard Guidelines for Professional Training about Rehabilitation Practitioners. It defines the training requirements, training department, training plan and method, training content,assessment and completion, etc.
