新型产学研一体化实践教学基地建设模式探析

摘　　要：针对地方院校校企合作育人过程中存在的各种问题,提出了"校企一体、共生共荣"的合作育人理念。在此理念的指导下,组建科技创新团队,构建产学研三位一体化实践教学基地。同时基于应用型人才培养目标,构建了分层次、多模块、立体式的"13494"实践教学体系,创新了应用型卓越人才培养模式。In view of the problems existing in the process of cooperation and education between schools and enterprises in local colleges and universities,the concept of cooperation and education is put forward.Under the guidance of this concept,the construction of a scientific technological innovation team and integration of industry,education,research practical teaching base are promoted.At the same time,based on the training goal of applied talents,the"13494"practical teaching system with hierarchical,multi-module and three-dimensional style is constructed,and the training mode of applied outstanding talents is innovated.
