摘  要:汽车减振器的油封、油阀异常磨损会导致减振器漏油、异响、失效等故障发生,其原因主要为减振器在汽车行驶过程中因惯性作用受到侧向力,导致油封、油阀产生偏磨,而粉尘进入减振器又会加速油封、油阀磨损。为此,设计了减振器的防尘耐久试验台架,该试验台架可将多个汽车减振器集成安装,利用一对减振器之间的相互作用力形成各自所受的侧向力,且对减振器安装了粉尘装置,作动器通过滚轮导轨机构导向驱动减振器进行试验,实现了对减振器的防尘耐久性能的充分验证。Abnormal wear of oil seal and oil valve of automobile shock absorber leads to oil leakage,abnormal sound and failure of the shock absorber.The main reason is that the shock absorber is subjected to lateral force due to inertia in the process of automobile driving,resulting in partial wear of oil seal and oil valve,and dust entering the shock absorber accelerates the wear of oil seal and oil valve.The dustproof endurance test-bed of shock absorber was designed.The test-bed could integrate multiple automobile shock absorbers.The mutual force between a pair of shock absorbers was used to form the lateral force,and dust device was installed on the shock absorber,and the actuator drove the shock absorbers through the roller guide mechanism to carry out the test,so as to fully verify the dustproof endurance performance of the shock absorbers.
