摘　　要：文中介绍了汽车外饰的主要部件及应用材料,以保险杠为例重点阐述了汽车外饰注塑件感观品质的设计方法及要求,并应用于量产车型中,均有效规避了注塑件外观缺陷,大大提升了汽车外饰注塑件的感观品质,为后续车型开发提供一定参考。The main components and application materials of automobile exterior decoration were introduced.Taking the bumper as an example, the design method and requirements of sensory quality of automotive exterior injection molding parts were expounded, which was applied to mass-produced models.It effectively avoids the appearance defects of injection molded parts and greatly improves the sensory quality of automotive exterior injection molded parts, which provides a certain reference for subsequent model development.
