摘 要:预应力混凝土双T板适用于大跨、重载结构,广泛应用于北美的装配式停车场结构中,近年来也逐渐在我国工程中得到应用。为全面掌握大跨度双T板在服役阶段的受力性能,结合国内首座装配式公交停车场项目,设计4块先张法预应力双T板足尺试件,跨度分别为11.980 m和13.180 m,并对其进行三分点单调加载试验,实测各试件从台座张拉锚固至加载前预应力筋有效预应力的变化,并结合我国GB 50010—2010和欧洲BS EN1992-1-1:2004进行了分析。对加载过程中试件的钢筋和混凝土应变、开裂荷载、裂缝发展、变形、正截面承载力等进行了研究。结果表明:预应力筋张拉锚固后实际预应力与设计值最大偏差达14%,应有可靠的措施保证有效预应力达到设计要求;我国GB 50010—2010对双T板最大裂缝宽度的计算值偏小,但对开裂弯矩、短期刚度和正截面承载力的预测较准确;各试件具有良好的变形能力,位移延性系数在3.27~5.04之间。Prestressed concrete double-tees are applicable to the long-span and heavy-load structures and are widely used in prefabricated parking structures in North America.Recently,they have been applied in some structures in China.In order to fully understand the mechanical properties of long-span double-tee members in service,four prestressed full-scale specimens were designed based on the first bus parking structure in China.Two spans,11.980 m and 13.180 m,were considered,and three-point monotonic loading test was conducted.The effective prestress of the tendons was measured and analyzed at various stages from tensioning to subsequent loading,and the results were compared against the Chinese code GB 50010—2010 and Eurocode BS EN 1992-1-1:2004.Moreover,the strain of the rebar and concrete,cracking load,cracking development,deformation and bearing capacity of normal section during the loading process were studied and analyzed.The results show that the deviation between the actual and design value of prestress,after tensioning and anchoring,is 14%,so reliable methods are needed to ensure that the construction meets the design requirements.The design method of Chinese code is validated,where the predicted results of the maximum crack width are lower than test results,while the prediction of cracking moment,short-term stiffness and normal section bearing capacity is relatively accurate.The specimens have good deformation capacity,with ductility coefficients varying from 3.27 to 5.04.
