摘  要:为了保证某单缸试验机的进气压力、温度和流量可调,以及为了实现进入气缸的空气达到所需的5.5 bar的高压,同时还要保证温度达到实验要求,专门设计了一套进气空调系统,并做了选型。在原机GT-Power一维仿真模型的基础上,比较了EGR接在稳压筒前后的优劣,并根据设计需求确定EGR接在稳压筒前。进一步确定稳压筒容积只需大于1 m^(3),就能保证进气压力稳定。为单缸试验机高压进气系统的研究提供参考。In order to ensure that the intake pressure, temperature and flow of a single cylinder testing machine can be adjusted, and to achieve the required high pressure of 5.5 bar for the air entering the cylinder, and at the same time to ensure that the temperature meets the experimental requirements, a set of intake air conditioning system is specially designed and selected. Based on the onedimensional simulation model of the original machine, the advantages and disadvantages of connecting EGR before and after the pressure stabilizing cylinder are compared, and the EGR connecting in front of the pressure stabilizing cylinder is determined according to the design requirements. It is further determined that the volume of the pressure stabilizing cylinder only needs to be greater than 1 m^(3) to ensure the stable inlet pressure. It provides a research reference for the development and improvement of highpressures air intake system of single cylinder testing machine.
