摘 要:对电动汽车底盘后副车架结构设计做了有限元分析和优化。经对后副车架结构设计的参数化,利用NX10.0软件高级仿真模块进行了有限元分析。使用模型选择、材质指派、网格单元建立、约束施加和载荷添加等一系列操作,使所设计的后副车架在强度足够的情况下把轻量化作为优化目标,获取优化结果。结果表明,此后副车架的设计结构以及后期优化均达到了较良好的效果,这对直驱式电动汽车底盘车架的轻量化设计具有重要意义。Finite element analysis and optimization of the rear sub-frame structural design of electric vehicle chassis were done.Through the parametric design of rear subframe structure,use advanced simulation module from NX10.0 software to conduct a finite element analysis.By means of selecting the model,assigning materials,building grid units,adding constraints and loads,with the target of satisfying the strength that electric vehicles’rear subframe under lightweight conditions,obtain the result of optimization analysis.The result shows that the structure design and optimization of the rear subframe have achieved ideal effect,which is significant to the lightweight design of chassis frame of direct drive electric vehicle.
