摘 要:中华传统师德是中国古代思想家、教育家和政治家关于教师修养的思想、观念和方法及与之相适应的行为规范,是中华传统道德的重要组成部分,它根植于中华传统文化深厚的沃土中。中华传统师德产生并形成于先秦时期,汉唐以后绵延发展。它积淀着中华传统教育深层的价值追求,形塑着数千年中国教师的思维特点和行为方式,彰显着中华传统教育“以德为先”的特质。中华传统师德承续了传统德性主义伦常观的理论源流,延续了德礼为本政教理念的文化渊源,建构了以德立身师者形象的实践探索,三者的有机统一生成了中华传统师德。所以,研究中华传统师德的生成逻辑,有助于我们全面的、深入的了解中华文明进化过程的教育渊源,对构建当下中国特色社会主义的师德体系具有重要的借鉴和启示意义。Chinese traditional teachers morality is the thoughts,concepts and methods of ancient Chinese thinkers,educators and politicians on teachers cultivation and the corresponding behavior standard.It is an important part of Chinese traditional morality,and it is rooted in the rich soil of Chinese traditional culture.Chinese traditional teachers morality originated and formed in the pre-Qin period,and developed continuously after the Han and Tang Dynasties.It embodies the deepest value pursuit of Chinese traditional education,shapes the thinking characteristics and behavior patterns of Chinese teachers for thousands of years,and highlights the characteristics of“morality first”in Chinese traditional education.The traditional Chinese teachers morality has inherited the theoretical origin of traditional moral ethics,continued the cultural origin of the political and educational idea of virtue as the foundation,and constructed the practice and exploration of the image of teachers based on virtue.The organic unity of the three forms the traditional Chinese teachers morality.The study of the multidimensional logic of Chinese traditional teachers morality will help us to have a comprehensive and deep understanding of the educational origin of the evolution of Chinese civilization,which is of important reference and enlightenment significance in constructing the current system of teachers ethics of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
