党参的贮藏与管理

摘　　要：党参是重要的中医药品种,具有比较高的经济价值。近年来,随着中医药产业的不断发展,党参的产量有很大的提升,在这种情况下,如何对党参进行科学的贮藏及管理,保证经贮藏后党参的品质能够符合使用的要求,成为现阶段党参经营过程中需要重点关注的问题。但是党参对于贮藏环境的温湿度要求较高,因此对党参的贮藏及管理需要从党参的特性出发,采取科学的贮藏管理方式。文章从渭源县党参种植现状出发,结合党参贮藏管理过程中容易出现的问题,探究如何采取更加科学的贮藏管理方式保证党参的品质,希望该研究能够为党参贮藏管理提供一定的参考。Codonopsis pilosula is an important variety of traditional Chinese medicine,and has high economic value.In recent years,with the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine industry,the output of Codonopsis pilosula has been greatly improved.in this case,how to store and manage Codonopsis pilosula scientifically to ensure that the quality of Codonopsis pilosula can meet the requirements of use.It has become an issue that needs to be paid more attention to in the process of Codonopsis pilosula management at the present stage.However,Codonopsis pilosula has higher requirements for the temperature and humidity of the storage environment,so the storage and management of Codonopsis pilosula needs to proceed from the characteristics of Codonopsis pilosula and adopt scientific storage management.Starting from the current situation of Codonopsis pilosula cultivation in Weiyuan County,combined with the problems easy to occur in the process of storage management,this paper explores how to adopt a more scientific storage management method to ensure the quality of Codonopsis pilosula.It is hoped that this study can provide some reference for the storage management of Codonopsis pilosula.
