摘  要:目的探讨病案样本库在小儿传染病带教中的优势。方法选取2018年2月—2019年6月以苏州大学临床儿科医学院儿科系五年制本科生为教学对象,常规教学方法为对照组(n=48),结合病案样本库教学为研究组(n=45),两组教学对象的性别和年龄进行比对差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),带教老师相同。课程结束后通过问卷形式开展调查,共制定带教老师对学生课堂参与活跃程度的评价和学生对带教教学效果的评价两张问卷。结果带教老师对研究组学生课堂参与活跃程度的评价显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教学效果的满意度、知识掌握度及课堂收获度的得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将病案样本库应用于小儿传染病带教具有重大的现实意义,可为教学工作提供更为有力的武器。Objective To explore the advantages of medical record sample bank in the teaching of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods From February 2018 to June 2019,five-year undergraduates in the Department of Pediatrics,School of Clinical Pediatrics,Soochow University were selected as the teaching objects.The conventional teaching method was the control group(n=48),and the combined medical record sample library teaching was the study group(n=45).There was no statistically significant difference in the gender and age of the two groups of teaching objects(P>0.05),and the teachers were the same.After the course was over,a survey will be carried out in the form of questionnaires,and two questionnaires have been drawn up:teachers'evaluation of students'active participation in the classroom and students'evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Results The teacher's evaluation of the students'active participation in class in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teaching satisfaction,knowledge mastery and classroom harvest in the evaluation of the teaching effect of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is of great practical significance to apply the medical record sample library to the teaching of pediatric infectious diseases,and it can provide a more powerful weapon for teaching work.
