摘　　要：目的:总结胃"炎-癌"转化进程中中医药精准靶向各个阶段的防治规律,为进一步研究中医药抑制胃"炎-癌"转化环节提供实例及可尝试性建议。方法:通过在知网以胃"炎-癌"转化的三个进程:"慢性萎缩性胃炎""肠上皮化生""上皮内瘤变"为关键词或主题词进行检索,总结中医药治疗该疾病各阶段的理论基础及作用机制。结果:胃"炎-癌"转化的中医证型变化与胃黏膜组织病理演变进程存在一定相关性,其演变过程形成"胃黏膜组织病理阶段-中医证型演变轴"。结论:以脾虚为主的病机贯穿整个胃"炎-癌"转化疾病变化过程,因此以健脾为基础的治法也贯穿整个治疗过程,以健脾为主,辅以其他治法,达到在各个阶段精准治疗的目的。Objeactive To summarize the prevention and treatment of various phases in the process of Chinese medicine in gastric“inflammatory-cancer”transition,so as to provided examples and tasting recommendations of further research on Chinese medicine inhibition of the“inflammatory-cancer”transition links.Method Three keywords in the processes of gastric“inflammatory-cancer”transition:“Chronic atrophic gastritis”,“Intestinal metaplasia”adn“Dysplasia”are searched,and theoretical foundation and effect mechanism of pharmaceutical treatment of this diseases are summarized.Results TCM test changes in gastric“inflammatory-cancer”transformation and a certain correlation in the process of gastric mucosa,the evolution process forms“pathological stage of gastric mucosal tissue-TCM testing axis”.Conclusion The pathogenesis of spleen deficiency runs through the whole process of gastric“inflammation cancer”transformation.Therefore,the treatment based on spleen strengthening also runs through the whole treatment process,with spleen strengthening as the main treatment,supplemented by other treatments,so as to achieve the purpose of precise treatment in each stage.
