摘　　要：介绍视频会议系统原理,以武汉市公共卫生应急指挥视频会议系统为例,阐述系统建设需求与设计,包括整体设计、扩展性应用、组网方式、视频设备配置,分析应用效果。The paper introduces the principles of video conference system,taking Wuhan public health emergency command video conference system as an example,it expounds the construction requirements and design of the system,including overall design,expansibility application,networking mode and video equipment configuration,and analyzes the application effect.
