摘　　要：本文回顾性分析内蒙古医科大学附属医院泌尿外科收治的1例肾乳头状腺瘤患者的临床资料,对其临床特点、诊断、治疗及预后进行讨论。本文患者行腹腔镜下右肾部分切除术,术后疗效好。肾乳头状腺瘤临床表现及影像学检查缺乏特异性,确诊该病需要依靠病理检查。为此,本文通过对该患者的临床诊治过程及资料进行报道及相关文献复习,使大家更加了解肾乳突状腺瘤的诊治及远期预后,以期提高对此病的认识,做到及早诊断、及时治疗。This paper retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of a case of renal papillary adenoma admitted by the Department of Urology Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University,and discusses its clinical features,diagnosis,treatment,and prognosis.In this paper,the patient underwent laparoscopic partial right nephrectomy with good postoperative outcome.The clinical presentation and imaging examination of renal papillary adenoma lack specificity,and the diagnosis of this disease needs to rely on pathological examination.In this paper,report the clinical course and data of this patient and review the relevant literature,so that can better understand the diagnosis and treatment of renal papillary adenoma,as well as the long-term prognosis,in order to improve the understanding of this disease and achieve early diagnosis and timely treatment.
