摘　　要：黄精是百合科、黄精属植物。泰山黄精由于其独特的食用和药用价值成为我国最佳地区资源之一,具有抗肿瘤、抗病原微生物、抗炎、抗病毒、抗疲劳、调节血糖、降血脂、改善学习记忆功能、延缓衰老等多种功效。本文论述了泰山黄精的生物学性状、生长分布及栽培技术、有效成分提取、主要功效及临床应用等方面的研究进展,并对泰山黄精研究存在的问题和今后的发展方向提出了合理化建议。Rhizoma polygonati belongs to a perennial herb in the Liliaceae, Polygonatum. Taishan R. polygonati has become one of the best regional resources in China due to its unique value in food and medicine. Taishan R.polygonati can serve as tumor-prevention, and it can also help prevent inflammatory and virus. Besides, it can regulate blood sugar and blood lipids, promote the function of learning and memorizing and delay aging. This article dealt with the biological characteristics, growth distribution and cultivation techniques, extraction of active ingredients, main effects and clinical applications and so on. It put forward reasonable suggestions on the existing problems with Taishan R. polygonati and the future research progress.
