PDCA循环管理在产房护理中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的对产房开展PDCA循环管理后对科室护理管理质量、岗位胜任力、孕妇对产妇护理服务的满意度进行分析。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月产房孕妇74名和助产士20名为研究对象。按随机数字表法进行分组,分别是参照组和PDCA循环管理组。参照组(37名孕妇+10名助产士)方案:开展常规护理管理;PDCA循环管理组(37名孕妇+10名助产士)方案:开展PDCA循环管理。对临床护理管理质量评分、岗位胜任力情况调查问卷评分、产妇护理满意度优良率进行探寻。结果管理后,PDCA循环管理组临床护理管理质量中包括人员素质、组织工作、护理质量、技术管理、表格书写、急救用品、物资管理、环境管理评分,岗位胜任力情况调查问卷中操作能力、应变能力、沟通协调能力、管理能力、工作满意度评分,产妇护理满意度优良率,相比参照组而言均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产房开展PDCA循环管理后更有助于提升科室护理管理质量,提高产房医务人员岗位胜任力,提高产妇对产房护理服务的满意度。Objective To analyze the quality of department nursing management,job competence,and pregnant women's satisfaction with maternal care services after PDCA cycle management was carried out in the delivery room.Methods Selected 74 pregnant women and 20 midwives in the delivery room from January 2019 to January 2021 as the as the study objects.According to the random number table method divided into groups were the reference group and the PDCA cycle management group.Reference group(37 pregnant women+10 midwives)program:carry out routine nursing management;PDCA cycle management group(37 pregnant women+10 midwives)program:carry out PDCA cycle management.To explore the clinical nursing management quality score,job competency questionnaire score,and maternal nursing satisfaction rate.Results After management,the clinical nursing management quality of the PDCA cycle management group included personnel quality,organization work,nursing quality,technical management,and table writing,first-aid supplies,material management,environmental management scores,operating ability,response ability,communication and coordination ability,management ability,job satisfaction score,and good rate of maternal care satisfaction in the job competency questionnaire,compared with the reference group,they were all higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After PDCA cycle management is carried out in the delivery room,it is more helpful to improve the quality of nursing management in the department,improve the competence of the medical staff in the delivery room,and improve the satisfaction of the mothers with the nursing service in the delivery room.
