集束化医院管理在医院传染病防控中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析集束化医院管理在医院传染病防控中的意义。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月入院治疗的158例住院患者和同期在院内就职的28名医护人员为研究对象。随机法分组,A组14名医护人员对79例患者实行综合性集束化医院管理,B组14名医护人员对79例患者实行常规集束化医院管理。对比两组患者的传染病发生率,对于医院管理的满意度,患者所在病房的感染超标情况,统计医护人员的管理效果和护理质量。结果A组患者的传染病发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的医院管理满意度高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者所在病房的感染超标情况少于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。感染科主任对医护人员进行评估,A组医护人员在病区隔离、管理执行等多个方面的管理效果评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组医护人员在专业能力和综合能力等方面的护理质量均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化医院管理可以提高医护人员对于传染病防控的管理能力,改善护理质量,进而减少患者感染情况,抑制空气或物品超标等情况,可获得患者更高的满意度。Objective To analyze the significance of cluster hospital management in the prevention and control of hospital infectious diseases.Methods A total of 158 inpatients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 and 28 medical staff who worked in the hospital during the same period were selected as the research objects.Randomized grouping,14 medical staff in group A implemented comprehensive clustered hospital management on 79 patients,and 14 medical staff in group B implemented conventional clustered hospital management on 79 patients.Compared the incidence of infectious diseases of the two groups of patients,the satisfaction with hospital management,the over-standard infection situation of the patient's ward,and the management effect of medical staff and the quality of care were counted.Results The incidence of infectious diseases in group A was lower than that in group B,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital management satisfaction of group A patients was higher than that of group B,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate of patients in group A was less than that in group B,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).The director of the department of infectious diseases evaluated the medical staff.The medical staff in group A had higher management effect scores in ward isolation and management implementation than group B,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of medical staff in group A was higher than that in group B in terms of professional ability and comprehensive ability,and the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clustered hospital management can improve the management ability of medical staff for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and improve the quality of care.In turn,the infection of patients can be reduced,the air or items exceeding the standard can be suppressed,and higher patient satisfaction can be obtained.
