摘  要:为了对装载机驱动桥传动齿轮进行疲劳寿命评估,在获得ZL50G装载机驱动桥输入轴实际工作扭矩载荷谱的基础上,通过对装载机驱动桥主减速器和轮边减速器齿轮精确建立有限元模型,依据有限元计算结果得到的扭矩-应力转化系数,并利用Gerber二次曲线公式对齿根弯曲应力进行等效计算,获得了等效弯曲应力。将实测扭矩载荷谱转换为齿根等效弯曲应力谱,并利用齿轮的S-N曲线对驱动桥传动齿轮应用名义应力法进行疲劳寿命评估。结果表明,基于等效弯曲应力谱预测的疲劳寿命与实际疲劳试验结果的一致性较好,证明了该方法的有效性。In order to evaluate the fatigue life of transmission gears for loader driving axle,a finite element model of the main reducer and wheel side reducer of loader driving axle is established accurately on the basis of obtaining the actual working torque load spectrum of the input shaft of ZL50G loader drive axle.The coefficient of torque-stress is calculated according to the result of the finite element.The equivalent bending stress of gear root is calculated by the Gerber formula.Using the equivalent bending stress spectrum and the S-N curve of gear,the fatigue life of gear for loader driving axle is evaluated by nominal stress method.The results show that the predicted fatigue life is in good agreement with the actual fatigue test life,which proves the effectiveness of the proposed method.
