摘　　要：在大数据时代,病案作为特殊的医疗信息载体,其价值得到了前所未有的提升,随之而来的病案信息服务工作则呈现出新的特点和面临新的挑战。病案信息服务的新特点包括服务需求的多元化、服务方式的智能化、服务能力的专业化等,而病案信息服务工作的挑战则是信息安全隐患、服务意识不足、信息技术落后等问题,面对病案信息服务中的新特点和新挑战,为了更好地为相关群体提供优质的信息服务,病案管理部门应该从以下从三个方面优化病案信息服务工作一是深化病案信息服务内容;二是创新病案信息服务手段;三是转变病案信息服务理念。In the era of big data,as a special medical information carrier,the value of medical record has been improved unprecedentedly,and the following medical record information service work presents new characteristics and challenges.The new features of medical record information service include the diversification of service demand,the intellectualization of service mode,the specialization of service ability,etc,while the challenges of medical record information service work are the hidden dangers of information security,the lack of service awareness,the backwardness of information technology and other issues.Facing the new features and challenges in medical record information service,in order to better provide high-quality information services for relevant groups,the medical record management department should optimize the medical record information service from three aspects:first,deepen the content of medical record information service;second,innovate the means of medical record information service;third,change the concept of medical record information service.
