微观社会资本与农转非中老年人自评健康关系探究

摘　　要：目的探讨微观社会资本与自评健康之间的关系,为促进失地农转非中老年人的健康水平提供参考。方法采取多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取符合条件的居民共2669人进行面对面问卷调查。自评健康采用主观评分的方式,微观社会资本从家庭和个人两个层面测量,通过单因素和Logistic二元回归模型分析微观社会资本对自评健康的影响。结果个人社交网络(OR=1.011)、人际支持(OR=1.010)为农转非中老年人自评健康的保护性因素。结论个人社交网络和人际支持与健康自评具有相关性,应重视拓宽农转非中老年人的个人社交网络,帮助其建立良好的人际关系,从而提高农转非中老年人的健康水平。Objective To explore the relationship between microscopic social capital and self-assessment health among the middle-aged and elderly urbanized residents and to provide reference for promoting the health of them.Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was applied to select 2669 objects.The investigation was performed with questionnaire.The self-assessment of health was collected by subjective rating;the microscopic social capital was measured from two levels including family and individual.Univariate analysis and binary logistic regression model were applied to explore the effect of microscopic social capital on self-assessment of health among the middle aged and elderly urbanized residents.Results Individual social networks(OR=1.011)and interpersonal support(OR=1.010)were the protective factors of the self-assessment of health of urbanized residents.Conclusion Individual social networks and interpersonal support is related to the self-assessment health.Broadening the individual social networks and helping to establish good interpersonal relationship should be paid attention to promote the health of urbanized residents.
