摘  要:目的了解七年级(即初中一年级)中学生情绪管理的现状,探索其影响因素,为后续研究七年级中学生的情绪管理提供科学依据。方法采用青少年情绪调节能力、父母教育卷入量表和家庭亲密度与适应量表,对河南省三门峡灵宝市五所中学的七年级学生进行调查,描述其情绪管理现状并分析其影响因素。结果除性别、独生子女外(P>0.05),其他各项人口学特征在情绪管理总分中的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,母亲教育卷入与实际家庭亲密度、实际家庭适应性和情绪管理均呈正相关(r分别为0.574,0.602,0.428);父亲教育卷入与实际家庭亲密度、实际家庭适应性和情绪管理均呈正相关(r分别为0.386,0.429,0.286);情绪管理与实际家庭亲密度、实际家庭适应性均呈正相关(r分别为0.483,0.500),且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。通过建立路径分析模型得出,父母教育卷入直接正向作用于家庭亲密度与适应性(效应值为0.69),家庭亲密度与适应性直接正向作用情绪管理(效应值为0.54),父母教育卷入对情绪管理的直接作用不显著(效应值为0.08),但通过中介变量家庭亲密度与适应性可正向影响情绪管理(总效应值为0.45)。结论家长过度的教育卷入,会加重孩子的学业负担,通过影响家庭亲密度与适应性,进而影响孩子的情绪管理能力。家长在孩子的教育方面投入要适当,需要营造良好的家庭环境,满足孩子对家庭的情感需求,从而提高孩子的情绪管理能力。Objective To understand the current situation of emotion management of seventh grade middle school students and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide scientific basis for the follow-up study of emotion mana-gement of seventh grade middle school students.Methods Using adolescent emotion regulation ability,parental education involvement scale and family cohesion and adaptation scale,this paper investigated the seventh grade students in five middle schools in Lingbao city,Sanmenxia,Henan province,and described the current situation of their emotional management and analyzed the influencing factors.Results Except for gender and only child(P>0.05),other demographic characteristics in the total score of emotional management were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that mother's educational involvement was positively correlated with actual family intimacy,actual family adaptability and emotional management(r=0.574,0.602,0.428 respectively);father's educational involvement was positively correlated with actual family intimacy,actual family adaptability and emotional management(r=0.386,0.429,0.286 respectively);emotional management was positively correlated with actual fami-ly intimacy and actual family There was a positive correlation between court adaptability(r=0.483,r=0.500),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Through the establishment of path analysis model,pa-rents'educational involvement had a direct positive effect on family intimacy and adaptability(effect value was 0.69),family intimacy and adaptability had a direct positive effect on emotional management(effect value was 0.54),and the direct effect of parental education involvement on emotional management was not significant(effect value is 0.08),but through the mediating variable family cohesion and adaptability were positive(the total effect value was 0.45).Conclusion Parents'excessive involvement in education will increase their children's academic burden and affect their emotional managemen
