新时代“人民中心论”五题

摘　　要：“人民中心论”深刻回答了中国共产党是什么、要干什么这个“根本问题”,是马克思主义人学的时代自觉和集中表达,堪称新时代的马克思主义人学。中国共产党是马克思主义武装起来的政党,党的百年奋斗充分展示了马克思主义的蓬勃朝气和强大生命力,也充分彰显了马克思主义人学的思想伟力和时代魅力。以史为鉴,开创未来,新时代继续坚持和发展中国特色社会主义,必须牢牢坚持以人民为中心的根本政治立场,特别是要悟透以人民为中心的发展思想。为此,必须从理论上深刻领悟新时代“人民中心论”所蕴含的五个重要议题:人民至上论、人民主体论、人民共享论、人民标准论、人心向背论。The“People Centered Theory”profoundly answers the“fundamental question”of what the Communist Party of China is and what it wants to do.The Communist Party of China is a political party armed with Marxism,which fully demonstrates the ideological greatness and the charm of the times of Marxist humanism.To continue to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,we must firmly adhere to the fundamental political position of taking the people as the center.Therefore,we must deeply understand the five important topics contained in the“People Centered Theory”in the new era:the theory of people first,the theory of people as subject,the the⁃ory of people’s sharing,the theory of people as standards and the theory of people’s desire.
