论《献给艾米丽小姐的玫瑰》中的三重隐喻--以“头发”的象征为中心

摘　　要：借助“头发”这一象征元素,《献给艾米丽小姐的玫瑰》中的人物分别构成了“头发”的三重隐喻:一是天使抗争的无奈;二是南北融合的破灭;三是白人与黑人的隔阂。这三重隐喻内在关联又构成了福克纳南方情结的完整象征,在其“追忆南方”的主题书写中发挥了关键的作用。By means of the symbolic element of hair,three pairs of characters in"A Rose for Emily"establish a correspondence and a trio of metaphors:the helplessness of angel's struggle,the disintegration of North and South,and the gap between whites and blacks.The trio of metaphors interconnects with each other and forms a complete symbol of Faulkner's southern complex,which plays a key role in his expression of the theme of"reminiscing about the south".
