摘　　要：目的通过检测circ_002136的表达,探讨circ_002136在胶质瘤中的临床意义。方法使用RT-qPCR法检测胶质瘤组织中circ_002136的表达,并分析circ_002136表达与胶质瘤患者临床病理指标的相关性;应用Kaplan-Meier法分析其表达水平与胶质瘤患者总生存率之间的关系,并对胶质瘤患者预后影响因素进行分析。结果胶质瘤组织中circ_002136明显上调,且和胶质瘤恶性程度呈正相关;circ_002136表达和WHO分期、远处转移密切相关,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关。circ_002136高表达患者的总生存率显著降低。结论circ_002136在胶质瘤中表达明显上调,且过表达的circ_002136是影响胶质瘤患者预后的独立危险因素,提示胶质瘤患者预后不良;circ_002136的上调可能是胶质瘤患者不良预后有价值的标志物。Objective To explore the clinical significance of circ_002136 in glioma by detecting the expression of circ_002136.Methods The expression of circ_002136 in glioma was detected by RT-qPCR method.The correlation between the expression of circ_002136 and the clinicopathological indicators of glioma was determined by chi-square test.Kaplan-Meier method was used to study the relationship between the expression level and the overall survival rate of patients with glioma.prognosis and influencing factors of patients with glioma.were analyzed Results circ_002136 was significantly up-regulated in glioma and was positively correlated with the degree of malignancy of glioma.The results of chi-square test showed that circ_002136 expression was closely related to WHO stage,distant metastasis,but not to age,sex and tumor size.The results of follow-up showed that the overall survival rate of patients with high expression of circ_002136 decreased significantly.In addition,upregulation of circ_002136 May be a valuable marker of poor prognosis in patients with glioma.Conclusion The expression of circ_002136 was up-regulated in glioma and overexpression of circ_002136 may be a risk factor for the prognosis of glioma patients,suggesting that the prognosis of glioma patients was poor.
