摘  要:目的比较iRoot BP Plus及氢氧化钙在年轻恒前牙活髓切断术中作为盖髓剂临床应用的疗效。方法选择2018年3月至2020年8月延安大学附属医院60例由于龋源性、机械性或外伤性露髓需要行活髓切断术的年轻恒牙,随机分为2组。实验组的30例盖髓剂采用iRoot BP Plu。对照组的30例盖髓剂采用氢氧化钙。观察2组治疗保髓成功率,术前和术后患牙牙根管壁厚度的变化。结果实验组的30例患牙保髓成功28例,失败2例,有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组患儿的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05);术前,2组患牙的根管壁厚度无明显的差异(P>0.05),术后,2组患牙的根管壁厚度均明显高于术前根管壁厚度(P<0.05),且实验组患牙的根管壁厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 iRoot BP Plu作为盖髓剂应用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的疗效明显优于氢氧化钙,手术成功率高,能明显增加患牙牙根管壁的厚度,有助于年轻恒牙的继续发育。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of iRoot BP Plus and calcium hydroxide as pulp capping agent in young permanent anterior pulp resection.Methods From March 2018 to August 2020,60 young permanent teeth in Affiliated Hospital of Yan’an University who needed pulptomy due to caries source,mechanical or traumatic pulp exposure were randomly divided into two groups.The pulp capping agent was iRoot BP Plus for 30 patients in the experimental group.The pulp capping agent of 30 cases in control group was calcium hydroxide.The success rate of pulp preservation and the thickness of root canal wall before and after treatment were observed.Results In the experimental group,28 cases succeeded in pulp preservation and 2 cases failed,and the effective rate was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of 70.00 %(21/30) in the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in the thickness of root canal wall between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the thickness of root canal wall in the two groups was significantly higher than that before operation(P<0.05),and the thickness of root canal wall in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of iRoot BP Plus as pulp capping agent in the direct pulp capping of young permanent teeth is obviously better than that of calcium hydroxide.Pulp capping has a high success rate and can significantly increase the thickness of the root canal wall of the affected teeth,which is conducive to the continuous development of young permanent teeth.
