摘 要:目的探讨17%EDTA凝胶预处理牙颈部非龋性硬化牙本质对复合树脂粘结效果的影响。方法选取延安市中医医院口腔科门诊66例患者的184颗非龋性硬化牙本质的牙齿进行实验研究,且牙颈部缺损达到Ⅲ级及以上。随机选取101颗牙齿纳入17%EDTA凝胶预处理的实验组,另外83颗纳入非17%EDTA凝胶预处理的对照组。实验组先用17%EDTA凝胶处理缺损区,再用自酸蚀粘结剂复合树脂修复;对照组直接用自酸蚀粘结剂复合树脂修复。采用改良USPHS树脂修复评价量化表以术后即刻、术后第6个月和术后第12个月进行随访评估。结果实验组效果显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在粘结非龋性硬化牙本质方面,17%EDTA凝胶预处理优于未经17%EDTA凝胶预处理。结论通过术后即刻、6个月和12个月的观察,17%EDTA凝胶处理后的牙颈部非龋性硬化牙本质,能提高复合树脂粘结效果,降低临床失败率。Objective To explore the effect of 17%EDTA gel pretreatment on the bonding effect of composite resin.Methods 184 teeth with non-carious hardened dentin from 66 patients in the outpatient department of stomatology of Yan′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected for experimental study,and the defect of teeth neck reached Grade Ⅲ and above.101 teeth were randomly selected as experimental group with 17%EDTA gel pretreatment,and 83 teeth as control group with non-17%EDTA gel pretreatment.In the experimental group,the defect area was treated with 17%EDTA gel,and then repaired with self-etching adhesive composite resin.The control group was directly repaired with self-etching adhesive composite resin.The modified USPHS resin repair evaluation scale was used for follow-up evaluation immediately after operation,at the 6 th and 12 th months after operation.Results The effect of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).17%EDTA gel pretreatment was better than no 17%EDTA gel pretreatment in bonding non-carious hardened dentin.Conclusion After observation immediately,6 months and 12 months after operation,17%EDTA gel can improve the bonding effect of composite resin and reduce the clinical failure rate.
