《通用规范汉字表》的规范价值与改进建议

摘　　要：《通用规范汉字表》确立了新时期通用汉字的统一规范,体现了汉字规范的科学性和社会性,也推动了汉语汉字的国际化进程,但是没能解决字形变化系统化方面存在的问题,没有兼顾表外字形和常用字形,也没有进一步统一宋体与楷体的字形。《通用规范汉字表》在确定字形时必须遵循"类推律",充分考虑汉字理据和社会用字实际。The General List of Standard Chinese Characters establishes a general standard for Chinese characters used in the new era and pushes forward the internationalization of Chinese language and Chinese characters,but it still exists the problems such as not having solved the systematization of changes in character patterns,not having made an overall arrangement of the characters in and beyond the List as well as not having made a further consolidated arrangement of character patterns between the font of Song(Song typeface) and Kai(Regular script word).The General List of Standard Chinese Characters should observe“the analogical rule”and take a full account of the rationale of Chinese characters and the factual application of the characters in the present society,when it determines the font of a character.
