摘 要:为了对液压挖掘机进行节能减排,采用流量再生和电液比例节流阀控技术,设计一种液压挖掘机液压能回收和再利用节能装置。阐述该装置的节能原理和3种工况的工作原理。采用运动控制器、传感器、电磁阀及相应的信号调理板组成电控系统,运用C#语言和CODESYS编程语言分别开发了上位机和下位机测控软件。经过设计加工阀块和购买元件,搭建了试验台,进行了挖掘机能量回收模拟试验和装机试验。试验结果证明:该装置能有效回收挖掘机动臂下降的势能和回转制动的动能,减少溢流损失,为进一步研究该节能装置的性能奠定了基础。In order to save energy and reduce emission for hydraulic excavator,a kind of energy-saving device for hydraulic energy recovery and reuse of hydraulic excavator was designed by using flow regeneration and electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve control technology.The working principles of the energy-saving device and three working conditions were introduced.The electronic control system was composed of motion controller,sensors,solenoid valves and corresponding signal conditioning boards.The measurement and control software of upper computer and lower computer was developed respectively by using C#language and CODESYS programming language.After processing the valve block and purchasing components,a test bench was set up,the excavator energy recovery simulation test and installation test were carried out.The test results show that the device can be used to effectively recover the potential energy of boom descending and the kinetic energy of slewing brake,and the overflow loss is reduced.It lays foundation for further research on the performance of the energy-saving device.
