摘  要:以深圳地铁 12 号线和平站主体基坑下穿穗莞深城际铁路高架为项目依托,通过 midas GTS NX 建模计算,分别对无加固措施、30# 与 31# 桥墩处设置隔离桩措施、桥墩与车站主体围护结构之间采用旋喷桩土体加固措施,以及结合隔离桩与旋喷桩土体加固措施等 4 种工况下地连墙与基坑两侧桥墩的水平位移进行研究。经施工现场反馈,钢支撑伺服系统控制基坑地连墙水平位移与桥墩水平位移效果明显。研究表明,采取隔离桩与旋喷桩土体改良加固措施,地连墙与两桥墩最大水平位移均最小,满足规范要求;旋喷桩加固土体对控制两桥墩水平位移效果显著,在各工况下两桥墩侧地连墙与桥墩水平位移基本一致;结合隔离桩与旋喷桩土体加固更适用于已运营的城际铁路高架下基坑开挖。Based on the project of Heping Station of Shenzhen metro line 12 whose main foundation pit passes through the Suiguanshen viaduct,modeling and calculation by Midas GTS NX has helped adopt measures of setting isolation piles at no reinforcement measures of 30# and 31# piers,and soil reinforcement measures of chemical churning pile between piers and the main retaining structure of the station.Combined with four methods,including soil reinforcement measures of isolation piles and chemical churning piles,the horizontal displacement of connecting wall and piers on both sides of the foundation pit were studied.According to feedback from the construction site,the effect of the steel tube bracing axial pressure servo system controlling the horizontal displacement of foundation pit diaphragm wall and pier was obvious.The study shows that the maximum horizontal displacement of the diaphragm wall and the two piers is the smallest by taking the soil improvement and reinforcement measures of isolation piles and chemical churning piles,which meets the requirements of the code.
