摘 要:以‘黔草1号’高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)为材料,通过低氮条件下高羊茅的生物学特性、抗氧化酶活性、内源激素和氨基酸含量等指标探究低氮条件对高羊茅生理特性的影响。结果表明:低氮胁迫下高羊茅的株高、生物量与蛋白质含量显著降低,而高羊茅叶片中的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶与谷氨酰胺合成酶活性受低氮胁迫诱导显著升高。液相质谱分析高羊茅叶片中的游离氨基酸成分表明,在低氮胁迫下大部分的游离氨基酸含量与正常处理组相比显著下降。随着胁迫时间的延长,油菜素内酯、细胞分裂素、生长素的含量呈现先升后降的趋势,赤霉素与脱落酸的含量呈现逐渐升高的趋势。表明低氮严重影响了高羊茅的正常生长,而高羊茅通过调节自身抗氧化酶活性、内源激素与氨基酸含量的变化来适应低氮胁迫。The effects of nitrogen deficiency on physiological characteristics of Festuca arundinacea‘Qiancao No.1’were explored in this study by detecting antioxidant enzyme activities,and contents of endogenous hormone and amino acid.The results showed that the plant height,biomass and protein content of F.arundinacea were significantly reduced under nitrogen deficiency stress,while activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,glutamine synthetase in F.arundinacea leaves were significantly increased.Liquid phase mass spectrometry analysis revealed that under nitrogen deficiency stress,the content of most free amino acids in F.arundinacea leaves decreased significantly compared with the control group.With the extension of nitrogen deficiency stress,the contents of brassinolide,cytokinin,and auxin increased first and then decreased,and the contents of gibberellin and abscisic acid increased gradually.In conclusion,nitrogen deficiency stress greatly reduced the normal growth of F.arundinacea.However,it could adapt to nitrogen deficiency stress by regulating its antioxidant enzyme activities and the contents of hormones and amino acids.
