摘  要:目的探究"EMB-CBL-PBL"三轨教学模式在心血管内科临床实践中的应用效果。方法选择2020年6—9月在医院心内科40名临床实习同学为研究对象,随机将其分成试验组和对照组,各20名。对照组采用以教师教授为主的传统教学模式,试验组采用EBM+CBL+PBL教学模式。结果试验组学生对EMB+CBL+PBL教学模式满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且综合考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论本科生临床实习中采用了EMB-CBL-PBL教学模式更有助于提升实习学生的学习主观能动性,提高临床思维能力和考核成绩,从而为培养高素质临床人才奠定良好基础。Objective To explore the application of EBMCBL-PBL in clinical practice of cardiologist teaching.Methods A total of 40 medical students attended cardiologist practice from June 2020 to September 2020 were divided into two groups:control group and the objective group,with 20 students in each group.The traditional teaching method was used in the control group,and the EBM-CBL-PBL was used in the experimental group.Results The satisfactory degree of EMB+CBL+PBL teaching method in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the total score in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion EBM-CBL-PBL teaching mode used in clinical practice can inspirit students learning interests,improve students’ clinical logical thoughts and examination result,lay the foundation of high-leveled skilled labor.
