摘　　要：临床实践教学是医学教育过程中的重要阶段,是培养医学生临床操作能力的重要手段,是医学生综合素质培养方面不可或缺的重要组成部分,临床技能中心在其中扮演着重要的角色。临床技能中心能充分发挥其平台作用,立足理论联系实际,密切结合临床,以实践能力培养为核心,加强和规范医学生的临床技能操作能力,使其熟练地掌握基本诊疗技术和临床工作方法。加强临床技能中心综合建设,可以有效提高妇产科实习质量,培养具有分析问题、解决问题和独立工作的能力的实用型优秀医学生。本文将从临床技能中心在妇产科学实践教学中的重要性以及面临的窘境进行探讨分析,对如何更好地发挥其作用,提高妇产科实习质量给出可行性建议。Clinical practice teaching is an important stage in the process of medical education,an important means to cultivate the clinical operation ability of medical students,an indispensable part of the comprehensive quality training of medical students,in which the clinical skill center plays an important role.The clinical skills center can give full play to its platform role,based on the combination of theory with practice,closely combined with clinical practice,with practical ability training as the core,strengthen and standardize the clinical skills operation ability of interns,so that they can master the basic diagnosis and treatment technology and clinical work methods skillfully.Strengthening the comprehensive construction of clinical skill center can effectively improve the quality of Obstetrics and gynecology practice,and cultivate practical excellent medical students with the ability to analyze,solve problems and work independently.This article will discuss and analyze the importance of clinical skills training center in the practical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the difficulties it faces and give feasible suggestions on how to play its role better and improve the quality of Obstetrics and gynecology practice.
