摘  要:采用正交试验法考察了基材粗糙度、固化剂配比、固化温度、固化时间等工艺参数对高速列车橡胶外风挡涂层性能的影响。确定了最佳工艺方案为:基材打磨选择150目加240目的砂纸,主剂与固化剂的配比为6∶1,在100℃下固化60 min。按此工艺方案制备的涂层具有以下性能:附着强度0级,光泽21.6 Gs,出现裂纹的最大拉伸量181%,拉伸疲劳寿命4832次。The effects of some process parameters such as substrate roughness,curing agent dosage,curing temperature,and curing time on properties of the coating on rubber external windshield of high-speed train were studied by orthogonal test.The optimal process scheme was determined as follows:polishing the substrate with 150 mesh and 240 mesh sandpapers,and curing the coating with curing agent 1/6 of binder at temperature 100℃ for 60 min.The coating prepared thereby had the following properties:0-grade adhesion strength,gloss 21.6 Gs,maximum tensile amount 181%when a crack occurs,and tensile fatigue life 4832 times.
