摘　　要：如何深入推进拔尖创新人才培养是当前我国提高自主创新、自主研发能力、建设创新型国家的关键环节,是实施人才强国战略的重要内容。2015年,国家出台"双一流"整体建设方案,拔尖创新人才培养工作被明确列入方案中。作为承担主体拔尖创新人才培养任务的高等学校,如何能够对具有创新潜质的人才进行早期发现,是开展创新型人才培养工作的前提;如何制定相关政策并采取有效措施塑造人才,是当前我国高校拔尖人才培养工作的重中之重。The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents is the key to improving independent innovation capabilities and building an innovative country, and is an important part of implementing the strategy of strengthening the country with talents. In 2015,the state issued a "Double First Class" overall construction plan, and the training of top-notch innovative talents was clearly included in the plan. As colleges and universities that undertake the main training task, the prerequisite for the development of training work is how to realize early detection and early training of potential talents. The focus and difficulty in the current work of top-notch talent training in colleges and universities are how to take effective measures to discover talents.
