基于CiteSpace分析近10年我国低年资护士研究热点和趋势

摘　　要：目的:分析国内低年资护士研究领域的相关文献,探讨该领域研究现状和趋势,为今后研究提供参考。方法:检索2010年至2020年中国知网期刊中有关低年资护士相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果:共纳入1916篇文献,高频关键词主要是护士、培训、护理管理以及应急能力等,突现词主要是翻转课堂、职业获益感以及情境模拟演练等。结论:近10年国内低年资护士研究领域相关研究呈增长趋势,低年资护士的培训和管理是研究热点,研究前沿由关注低年资护士培训转向关注低年资护士的体验和职业获益感。Objective:To analyze the related literature in the research field of junior nurses in China,explore the current situation and trend of research in this field,and provide reference for future.Methods:The literatures about junior nurses in CNKI journals from 2010 to 2020 were searched and analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results:A total of 1916 articles were included.The high-frequency key words were nurses,training,nursing management and emergency response ability,and the highlight words were flipped classroom,sense of professional benefit and situational simulation exercise.Conclusion:In recent 10 years,the domestic research on junior nurses was on the increase.The training and management of junior nurses was the research hotspot.The research frontier is to focus on the experience and professional benefit of junior nurses instead of the training of junior nurses.
