浅谈南拳拳操的创编理念

摘　　要：本文通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,通过中国知网查阅武术操创编状况,进而提出南拳拳操的创编理念:结构严谨,动作对称,符合广播体操的规律;内容简明,动作简单兼并传统套路经典动作,利于中小学普及推广;音乐雄壮,节奏鲜明,利于学生学习及动作整齐划一。旨在为其他地域特色性武术操的创编提供参考。Through the methods of literature review, logical analysis and other scientific research methods, this paper reviews the current situation of wushu(martial arts) gymnastics and its creation through CNKI, and then puts forward the creation concept of nanquan(southern fist) gymnastics. The creation should conform to: strict structure, symmetrical movement, and the law of broadcast gymnastics;the content is concise and the action is simple, which is beneficial to the popularization of primary and secondary schools;the music is majestic and powerful, and the rhythm is distinct, which is conducive to students’ learning and movement uniformity. This paper aims at providing reference for the creation of other regional characteristics of wushu.
