摘　　要：目的研究ECPR标准流程在心脏骤停患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月该院收治的心脏骤停患者22例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组11例。对照组实施常规急诊救治,观察组在常规急诊救治基础上实施体外心肺复苏进行救治。对比两组患者各项临床指标及临床救治效果。结果观察组患者心肺复苏时间、吸氧恢复时间、抢救时间、气管插管时间、自主心律恢复时间、复苏成功率、1 h有效率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ECPR标准流程在心脏骤停患者中能有效改善患者的各项临床状况,缩短患者的心肺复苏时间等,并且患者的自主心律恢复状况较好,临床疗效较为理想,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of ECPR standard process in patients with cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 22 patients with cardiac arrest in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 11 patients in each group.The control group received routine emergency treatment,and the observation group received extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ERCP)on the basis of the control group.The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The cardiopulmonary resuscitation time,oxygen recovery time,rescue time,tracheal intubation time and other clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group as a whole,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the spontaneous rhythm recovery time,recovery success rate,one hour effective rate,spontaneous rhythm recovery time and other clinical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ECPR standard process in patients with cardiac arrest can effectively improve the clinical conditions of patients,shorten the time of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,and patients with spontaneous heart rate recovery is good,the clinical treatment effect is ideal,it is worthy of promotion and application.
